Environmental Protection
The company continuously increases investment in environmental protection, protecting the environment as if it were its eyes, and achieving harmony between man and nature.
● Three sets of sewage treatment centers have been built in the three factory areas. The environmental protection equipment is subject to online monitoring and operates strictly in compliance with regulations. Safety and environmental protection come first in major engineering project construction. Waste water, waste gas, and solid waste are 100% up to standard for discharge or treatment.
● The monomer recovery high-pressure cracking process is used in the polymerization process, and the wastewater recycling rate reaches 100%.
● Industrial wastewater generated by clean production and flue gas treatment devices is treated by the sewage treatment center and discharged after complete purification and reaching the standard.
● The waste gas generated in the spinning and dipping processes is treated by water spray technology and RTO flue gas treatment devices and discharged after reaching the standard.
● The company has implemented the transformation from coal to gas, eliminating the pollution of the surrounding air environment caused by coal combustion for heat in production processes such as dipping drying.
● Through equipment upgrading, the company has phased out backward equipment with high noise such as motors, pumps, and fans, and used sound-absorbing materials, soundproof rooms, soundproof walls, and other facilities and technologies to eliminate the impact of noise on the surrounding environment.
● Waste oil, waste acid, and solid waste generated in production and testing are handed over to qualified third parties for recovery and up-to-standard treatment.
Reduce carbon emissions
The company actively promotes the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, protects the environment and ecology, and promotes sustainable development.
● It conducts research and exploration on nylon carbon reduction new materials. The in-situ polymerized colored nylon 6 chips developed are used in downstream spinning and cord fabric weaving. For every ton of nylon fabric produced using Haiyang black chips, compared with traditional dyed fabrics, it can reduce carbon by 9%, save energy by 7%, and save water by 42%. The company has passed the carbon footprint certification.
● The in-situ polymerized nylon 6 direct fiber-added chips developed have excellent mechanical properties, low water content, do not require drying, and have low VOC without secondary melting.
● The company has won the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress and the Special Contribution Award for New Product Development issued by the China National Textile and Apparel Council.
● The company follows the path of resource-saving development, with the output value per mu ranking among the top in the industry.
● The company promotes the informatization and automation transformation of production equipment, and vigorously conducts research on green energy-saving processes and equipment. The material and energy consumption of its three major products have been significantly reduced year by year.
● The company recycles the waste heat generated by air compressors and dipping RTO flue gas treatment devices for production and domestic heating.
● The recycled water from the sewage treatment center is used for factory greening, toilet flushing, and road washing.
● New distributed rooftop solar and photovoltaic power stations have been built to reduce the consumption of non-renewable energy.
● The company strengthens the recovery of wooden shafts, wooden pallets, and paper tubes. Steel shafts are used instead of wooden shafts for cord fabric winding to reduce the consumption of non-renewable resources such as wood.
