　　Youth united for a better encounter. On the afternoon of May 5, 2026, 24 young employees from three factories and 11 departments, all dressed up, gathered at the staff training center "Haiyang Home" in the scenic Qilinwan Ecological Park for a romantic and warm youth date, hosted by the Labor Union of Haiyang Technology.

　　The venue, carefully decorated by the labor union, was warm, relaxing and romantic, with a starry blue ceiling, pink-toned backdrop walls, and strings of balloons in various shapes. Hosted by Lu Chenglan from the Sales Department, everyone sincerely introduced themselves and talked about their hobbies, getting to know each other better. Games such as Musical Chairs, Blossoming Peach Blossoms, and Back-to-Back Balloon Relay quickly broke the ice and eased awkwardness. Those left unpaired or falling behind in the games sang a song, did squats while hugging someone, or push-ups alone. A series of ice-breaking games livened up the atmosphere at once.

　　Hot drinks, purified water and small gifts made everyone feel warm. The group cake-making activity pushed the friendship gathering to a climax. Participants were divided into five balanced groups of men and women, highlighting the theme "Youth United for a Better Encounter". Staff prepared semi-finished products, fruits, decorating tools and other materials in advance. Under the guidance of the baker, members whipped cream, placed fruits and decorated cakes with creativity, cooperating and consulting each other to enhance communication through hands-on practice. Each group voted for the best work, and Group 5 won excellent results... The air was filled with sweetness and joy. After cake-making, all groups shared their creations freely, passing on their wishes with sweetness, and drawing closer to each other amid laughter and cheerful talks.

　　Although the activity ended, everyone was reluctant to leave. Haiyang Technology will continue to care for young people and all employees on the platform it has built.
