　　Gathering strength with the rope to welcome May Day and showing spirit with unity and hard work. On the afternoon of April 29, Haiyang Technology's "May Day" Tug-of-War Competition was grandly held on the main road of the North Factory. Ten branch union teams from three factories gathered through the rope, paid tribute to workers with high morale, and demonstrated the upward spirit of Haiyang people with unity and perseverance.

　　With colorful flags fluttering and crowds cheering, the venue was full of youth and motivation. With a sharp whistle from the referee, the first match between Haiyang Polymerization Team and Haiyang Dipping Team officially kicked off. Members of both sides planted their feet, clenched their teeth, and pulled hard. The Haiyang Dipping Team showed strong strength and secured a 2-0 victory. In the first round, five teams including Haiyang Dipping Team, Haiyang Twisting Team, and Nylon New Material Team 1 advanced.

　　In the second round, Nylon New Material Team 2 had a bye, and the competition intensified. Haiyang Dipping Team and Nylon New Material Team 1 were evenly matched, with the longest deadlock. Nylon New Material Team 1 pulled ahead first, then Haiyang Dipping Team fought back. Just as Haiyang Dipping Team was about to win, Nylon New Material Team 1 shouted in unison and pulled decisively to take the first game. Cheers and shouts from the cheerleaders kept rising... Finally, Tongxin Twisting Team and Nylon New Material Team 1 advanced.

　　The third round was even more intense. Tongxin Twisting Team and Nylon New Material Team 1 both defeated Nylon New Material Team 2 in the round-robin stage, leading to a final between Tongxin Twisting Team and Nylon New Material Team 1 for the championship and runner-up. "Come on! Come on! Come on!" The cheers of the cheerleaders surged wave after wave. Chairs of branch unions, as team leaders, cheered the loudest, igniting the whole venue and pushing the competition to repeated climaxes.

　　Whether facing a gap in strength or a close stalemate, every team persisted and never gave up easily, interpreting the team belief of "One rope, one heart, one effort, one family" with concrete actions.

　　After fierce competition, Tongxin Twisting Branch Union Team won the first prize. Nylon New Material Team 2, Nylon New Material Team 1, and Haiyang Dipping Team won the second prize. Haiyang Twisting Team, Haiyang Polymerization Team, Tongxin Spinning Team, Haiyang Spinning Team, Office Team 2, and Office Team 1 won the third prize. Ji Zengming, Deputy General Manager; Wang Wei, Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer; and Liu Rongxi, Chairman of the Labor Union, awarded certificates to the winning teams and praised their excellent performance.
