　　Recently, the company’s 2026 Working Conference was successfully held at the "Haiyang Home" Training Center in the scenic Qilinwan Ecological Park, Taizhou. Chairman Lu, General Manager Chen, Deputy General Managers Ji and Wang, together with all middle and senior managers, gathered to discuss plans for the Year of the Horse and draw a grand blueprint for the future.

　　Mr. Jin, Director of Strategic Organizational Transformation at Alibaba, and Mr. Li, Director of East China Solution Marketing, delivered special training on Alibaba’s strategic transformation, organizational reform, talent development, culture building, B-side enterprise implementation cases in the AI era, implications for Haiyang, as well as the three-step implementation plan and future prospects of Haiyang’s AI construction. The Year of the Horse marks the first year of AI development. Amid the surging tide of the era, change is the only constant. The training offered a feast of cutting-edge insights for all participants.

　　Heads of eight departments in sales, production, technical renovation, and R&D systems, as well as General Manager Yang of Huaheng New Material Co., Ltd., delivered passionate speeches, demonstrating confidence and determination to achieve the targets.

　　Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer Wang Wei delivered a report on the internal reporting of major corporate information and key work of the four departments under his charge. Deputy General Manager Ji Zengming analyzed the priorities and challenges in production, safety, environmental protection and project construction, and put forward requirements.

　　General Manager Chen Jianxin delivered the company’s thematic work report, reviewing the completion of key work and targets in the previous year, and arranging various tasks for the year. He urged participants to adopt a correct attitude, actively embrace the advent of the AI era, carefully analyze the application needs of AI in their departments, and prepare written materials.

　　Chairman Lu Xincai delivered an important speech on the strategic connotation of the company’s high-quality dual-main business development, clarifying clear ideas for the coping strategies of the three core products. Regarding the company’s AI construction, he required participants to emancipate their minds, take proactive actions, make good use of AI tools to improve themselves and work efficiency, and become capable talents in human-machine collaboration in the future AI platform construction. He also raised requirements for information disclosure and compliant operation of the listed company.
