　　On the morning of February 10, 2026, Wan Wenhua, Deputy Secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Taizhou, together with Liu Jianbo, Secretary of the Hailing District Party Committee, Xia Aidong, District Chief of Hailing District and their entourage, visited the North Factory of Haiyang Technology Co., Ltd. to offer condolences, conduct research and provide guidance.
