In 2026

　　On the morning of February 9, 2026, Ding Zhiqiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Taizhou Medical High-tech Zone, and concurrently Deputy Secretary of the Gaogang District Party Committee and District Chief of Gaogang District, together with his entourage, made an in-depth visit to the factory area of Jiangsu Haiyang Nylon New Materials Co., Ltd., a holding company of Haiyang Technology, to offer condolences and conduct research, accompanied by Lu Xincai, Chairman of Haiyang Technology, and Ji Zengming, Deputy General Manager of Haiyang Technology. 

　　District Chief Ding and his entourage inspected the construction site of the annual output of 80,000 tons of high-modulus low-shrinkage polyester spinning and the new office building in the nylon new materials factory area, and listened to the introduction by Chairman Lu of Haiyang Technology on the company's production and operation, new product R&D, technical transformation and development as well as future planning over the past year. Seeing the bustling technical transformation site, District Chief Ding was very pleased. He inquired about the difficulties encountered in the development of Haiyang Technology and what services the government departments could provide. He stated that enterprises are the main engine of economic development and the solid support for high-quality development. The Medical High-tech Zone and Gaogang District have always adhered to centering all work on enterprises, projects and development, and made every effort to provide greater support, a better environment and higher-quality services for enterprise development. He required the company to strengthen confidence in development, seize development opportunities, take scientific and technological innovation as the core driving force, focus on deep cultivation in the segmented track, and take the road of differentiated competitive development.
