In 2025

On the morning of December 3, 2025, a nearly 20-member interview group of the New Quality Productivity Research Group, jointly formed by China Construction Bank (CCB) Jiangsu Branch, Xinhua News Agency Jiangsu Branch and the School of Journalism and Communication of Nanjing University, came to Haiyang Technology for research and interviews under the leadership of Professor Bai Jing from the School of Journalism and Communication of Nanjing University.

Lu Xincai, Chairman of Haiyang Technology, accepted the interview. Starting from a grain of nylon 6 chips, he explained the performance characteristics, development history and application scenarios in daily life of nylon 6 products in popular, vivid and lively language, and introduced the company's products, processes, market services, reform and development, future plans and other situations. From the aspects of the company's differentiated R&D and the intelligent transformation and digital upgrading of traditional production lines, he answered the questions of the interview group concerning the cultivation of new quality productivity.

Mao Tairu, Assistant to the General Manager of Haiyang Technology, and Lu Denghong, Deputy Chief Engineer, also accepted the interview together. They introduced the application scenarios of nylon 6 new materials in high-end markets such as automobile lightweighting and high-speed rail shock absorption, focusing on the wash and sun resistance of clothing fabrics and the wear resistance and noise reduction of tires that people care more about, as well as the research and efforts made by Haiyang's "Feichi" brand cord fabric in improving tire safety, comfort and service life. Accompanied by General Manager Mao, the interview group visited the cord fabric polymerization production line in the North Factory Area and the intelligent spinning and twisting production site in Tongxin Factory Area, gaining an intuitive and vivid understanding of the manufacturing process of cord fabric, and expressed great admiration for the industry's first intelligent production line for the whole process of cord fabric spinning and twisting.

This research was mainly carried out in response to General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instruction of "making Jiangsu an important position for developing new quality productive forces". Based on Jiangsu's industrial foundation as an economic and manufacturing province, and focusing on the demand for coordinated efforts of financial empowerment, media communication and academic support, the three parties jointly carried out this special research. The purpose is to solve the practical pain points and mechanism blockages in the cultivation of new quality productive forces and provide actionable countermeasure suggestions for Jiangsu to build a development ecology of new quality productive forces. The research activity has been carried out for 4 years, and this is the first time it has come to Taizhou. Ji Shibiao, Chief Financial Officer of Haiyang Technology, has made careful coordination and arrangements for the research.
