On June 12, 2025, in the trading hall of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE), more than 220 guests and staff witnessed a historic moment. With the gong sounded by Mr. Sun Qun, Vice Mayor of Taizhou City; Mr. Lu Xincai, Chairman of Haiyang Technology; Mr. Liu Jianbo, Secretary of the Hailing District Committee and District Mayor; Mr. Chen Jianlong, Chairman of Hengshen Group; Mr. He Shenglin, Deputy General Manager of the Investment Banking Department of Dongxing Securities; and Mr. Chen Jianxin, General Manager of Haiyang Technology, the stock of Haiyang Technology (stock code: 603382) opened at 33 yuan, successfully landing on the capital market. It becomes the first Jiangsu enterprise to list on the SSE's main board this year, marking a milestone for Haiyang Technology!  

Founded in the 1970s, Haiyang Technology is a polymer materials enterprise specializing in the R&D and production of polyamide 6 new materials and tire skeleton materials, including polyamide 6 chips, cord fabric, silk threads, and other multi-series products. The company has established multiple provincial-level technical centers and engineering technology centers, with its production capacity and sales volume ranking among the top in the industry.
