In 2025

　　After the previous tense democratic evaluation, theoretical examination, practical operation appraisal and on-site defense and other comprehensive scoring assessments, and after the study and decision of the company's general manager's office meeting, on March 10th, 2025, Haiyang Technology publicized and independently appointed 44 front-line operation technicians, which was the first time in the company's history.

　　This appointment strictly followed the principles of fairness, openness and justice, and was screened layer by layer from bottom to top. The confidentiality work was in place. Until the list was announced, it was difficult for anyone to know the final exact candidates, which was recognized and welcomed by the majority of front-line employees.
