HAIYANG TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD  was founded in 1970 and was restructured as private enterprise by Sinopec Nanhua Group Taizhou Chemical Fiber Company on 1 August 2006. It is one of the earliest manufacturers engaged in production, development and application of nylon 6 products.

　　The company has complete and advanced production process and equipment from polymerization to spinning, twisting, weaving and dipping. The company has established Jiangsu Haiyang New Nylon Materials Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Haohui, and total three wholly-owned subsidiaries. The total area is 340000 square meter.The total assets is $280 million. The company has above 2,000 employees. In 2016, the company sold 55,000 tons of "Feichi" nylon6 dipped cord fabric,115,000 tons of "Qiuxue" nylon6 chips, and 2tons of "Qiuxue" nylon6 high-tenacity yarn and thread, with the whole sales amount of $350 million.
